OUR CAR MOBILE DETAILING POLICY Jedimz M.Mobile Detailing is committed to providing high-quality mobile detailing services to our customers. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of our services, including payment, cancellation, and liability. Services: . We offer a range of mobile detailing services, including exterior washes, interior cleaning, polishing, and protection. . Our services are performed by trained and experienced technicians using high-quality equipment and products. . We use eco-friendly products and follow environmentally responsible practices. Payment: . Payment is required with online deposit, and remaining balance at the time of service. . We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). . A % processing fee may be applied to credit card payments vary card poilcy. Cancellation: . If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. . Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, May result in a non-refundable deposit fee. . We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Liability: . We are not responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle during the detailing process, unless such damage is caused by our negligence or gross misconduct. . You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is in a safe and secure condition for our technicians to work on. . We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle during the detailing process. Warranty: . We guarantee our work for a period of 3 days from the date of service, for 2 years existing membership customers. . If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within the warranty period and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Customer Responsibilities: . Provide a safe and secure location for our technicians to work on your vehicle. . Ensure that your vehicle is in a condition that allows us to perform the requested services. . Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle, including any pre-existing damage or conditions. Governing Law: . This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Steinbach, Manitoba. Ca. Changes to Policy: . We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.
