Payment Terms
. Payment deposit is due via booking on our website, and the remaining payment is made at the time of service.

. A % processing fee maybe be applied to credit card payments.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
. If You need to cancel or reschedule Your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in non-refundable deposit.
. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances+
. Appointments can be scheduled online through our website, vehicle pictures are required via Whatsapp or via Sms/ before booking online.
Appointment Times

If we are running late, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated arrival time.
No-Show Policy
. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged, a non-refundable deposit fee of $100.

. We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle during the detailing process.
Warranty
. We guarantee 2 days free basic wash for a 2 years pre-existing customer.
. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

. Provide a safe and secure location for our technicians to work on your vehicle.
. Ensure that your vehicle is in a condition that allows us to perform the requested services.
